Job Summary:
Hyundai L&C is looking for an experienced, reliable and task oriented Commercial Sales Specialist. The Commercial Sales Specialist will work
directly with the National Sales Director and will be responsible for performing a number of commercial sales support duties. The ideal candidate is highly motivated,
professional, and capable of managing their work-load and prioritizing tasks in a fast pace corporate environment.
Objective:
This position will be tasked with assisting the commercial team in gathering leads from the various commercial lead channels, uploading lead data into Salesforce, assisting in monthly tracking of existing specifications and helping manage existing project bids to help forecast material needs.
Roles & Responsibility:
· Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners.
· Maintain and organize commercial lead sources.
· Assist in processing commercial sales leads
· Compile active project status reports in SalesForce
· Track project bid dates and update status reports with new construction data
· Assist in client development by performing daily support activities
· Other daily administrative tasks to support commercial sales growth
Skills:
· Intermediate MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
· Proven project management skills
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Excellent project management skills
· Ability to delegate tasks
· Great multi-tasking abilities and attention to detail

Education and Work Experience:
